Score darts on any phone, see every leg on the big screen
501 and 301, sets and legs, Cricket, checkout suggestions and live averages. Built for pub leagues and club nights.

Darts organizers told us what they needed: fast scoring at the oche, the right rules for their league, and a table that counts legs, not just wins. So we rebuilt darts in LiveCup from the ground up. Here is what you get.
Enter a visit in one tap
Most players call out their total after three darts. So that is how scoring works: tap a common score like 26, 45, 60, 100 or 140, or type any total from 0 to 180 and press OK. LiveCup subtracts it, switches to the other player and moves on.
When a player can finish, a suggested checkout appears above their score, for example T20 T19 D20. It helps new markers and settles the classic question at the board: what do I need?
Busts are handled for you. If a visit takes the player below zero, or to a score they cannot finish on, the score goes back to what it was and the turn passes. A total that three darts cannot make, like 179, is blocked before it is saved.

Or score dart by dart
Need every dart? Switch the scorer to dart by dart. Pick single, double or treble, then the number, Bull or Miss. The visit total adds up as you go, and the checkout suggestion updates after each dart.
Dart by dart lets LiveCup check the rules exactly. With double in, the leg only starts with a double. With double out, the last dart must be a double. With master out, it must be a double or a treble.
You choose the default for the whole tournament. Each scorer can still switch on their own screen.

Cricket, scored the easy way
Cricket has its own board. Tap S, D or T and the number from 20 to 15, or Bull. The marks fill in, closed numbers are clear at a glance, and points count only while the opponent still has the number open.
Add a round limit if your evening has a tight schedule. When the limit is reached, the leg goes to the player with more points, or with more marks if points are level.
Cricket stats show marks per round (MPR) and total marks for each player.

Rules that match your league
Set the rules once for the whole tournament. Choose X01 or Cricket. For X01, pick 301, 501 or 701, or any starting score from 101 to 1001. The start and the finish can each be straight, double or master.
Play legs only, for example first to 3 legs, or sets of legs, like first to 2 sets with first to 3 legs in each set. The first leg can go to the home player or be decided by a bull-up, picked on the scorer. After that, players take turns to throw first, or the loser of the last leg throws first.
Once the tournament starts, the rules are locked. Changing them halfway would make matches already played unfair.

Live stats and a full visit log
Every visit is saved on our server the moment you enter it. Close the browser, change phones or lose signal: the match is still there. A mistake? Undo the last visit with one tap.
The stats panel updates live: average per visit, first 9 average, 180s and the highest checkout. Open the visit log to see every visit in the leg and the score left after it.
If two people score the same match, LiveCup notices and shows the latest score, so nothing gets entered twice.

League table, boards and TV
The table counts legs as well as matches: legs won, legs lost and leg difference, plus the form of the last five matches. So when two players are level on points, everyone can see who has the better leg difference.
Running several boards? Assign matches to Board 1, 2 or 3, and the public page can show the night board by board, with live matches and the start times of the next ones.
Put the TV view on the screen above the bar. It shows every live board with the scores left, legs, averages and the next checkout, plus the table and what is coming up next.

Start your darts league
Create a tournament, choose Darts, set your rules and add the players. Then share the scoring link with your markers and open the TV view on the big screen. It takes a few minutes, and everything runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
Frequently asked questions
Do players need to install an app?
No. LiveCup runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. The scorer, the public page and the TV view are all web pages.
Which games can I play?
X01 (301, 501, 701 or any starting score from 101 to 1001) and standard Cricket. For X01 you choose straight, double or master for both the start and the finish.
Can I play sets as well as legs?
Yes. Choose legs only, such as first to 3 legs, or sets of legs, such as first to 2 sets with first to 3 legs per set. The scorer and the TV show both sets and legs.
Do I have to enter every single dart?
No. By default you enter the total of each visit, which is the fastest way. Switch to dart by dart when you want every dart recorded or need exact double-in checks.
What happens if the phone dies in the middle of a match?
Nothing is lost. Every visit is saved on the server as soon as it is entered. Open the match on another device and carry on from the same score.
Which stats does LiveCup show?
For X01: average per visit, first 9 average, 180s and the highest checkout, plus a log of every visit. For Cricket: marks per round (MPR) and total marks. The league table shows legs won, legs lost and leg difference.
Can I show live darts scores on a TV?
Yes. Open the TV view in a browser on any screen. It shows every live match with the scores left, legs, averages and checkout suggestions, plus the table and the next matches.
