One darts season table, built from every night you play
Season statistics, a points ranking for your league series and a history for every player, from the matches you already score in LiveCup.

A pub league plays twenty nights in a season, and at the end someone opens a spreadsheet to work out who had the best average and who scored the most points. LiveCup now does that for you. Run each night as a darts tournament inside one event, score the matches in the LiveCup darts scorer, and the event page adds them up into one season.
The season table: every night in one place
Put your nights into an event, one darts tournament per night. The Stats tab on the public event page gets a Whole season option with one table for the season. It has the same columns as a tournament: matches, legs, 3-dart average, first 9 average, 180s, 140+, 100+, high finish, and best leg and checkout % when matches were scored dart by dart. Two columns are new: the number of nights each player played, and Form, a small line of their average over the last six nights.
The season average is worked out from every dart thrown in the season: total points divided by total darts, not an average of each night's averages. A player who threw 40 legs counts for more than one who threw 4.
Players with the same name are joined across nights automatically, so Dave Price on night 3 and dave price on night 7 are one row. On a phone, you pick the sort order from a menu and only the table scrolls sideways, not the whole page.

Season leaders who earned it
Above the table, leader cards show the best season average, the most 180s, the highest finish and the best leg. A player needs at least 15 legs in the season to appear there, so one great night is not enough to top the season.
In the table itself, players with fewer than 15 legs are listed below the others when you sort by a statistic. They still appear, they just do not push the regulars down.
A points ranking for your league series
Many pub leagues award points for the place on each night: 10 for the winner, 8 for the runner-up, and so on. In the event settings, switch on the season points ranking and set the points for each place. The public event page then ranks every player by total points, with the points from each night in its own column.
Only completed nights count, and only confirmed results: a result waiting for the opponent's confirmation does not count yet. A missed night scores 0. Players level on points share the position. On nights with a knockout, the bracket decides the places: the winner of the final is first, and players knocked out in the same round share the place unless a 3rd-place match splits them.
The points ranking is for events in which every night is its own league. Events are part of the PRO plan and higher.

A season profile for every player
Click a name in the season table to open the player's season profile: their season totals, their average night by night as a chart or a table, the best results of the season, and every night they played with the place, the points and the average. Each night links to the statistics of that night, and the profile has a share button for the group chat.

Player history in My teams
Seasons end, players stay. In My teams, every player now has a Statistics section with their darts history across all your tournaments: totals for averages, 180s and finishes, wins, draws and losses, and a list of every tournament they played.
On PRO and higher you also get the average over time as a chart and the best results with a link to each one: best leg, high finish, highest tournament average and most 180s in a match. The totals and the tournament list are included on the free plan.

Link history and merge duplicates
Most players sign up by QR code or are typed in each night, so their past appearances are not tied to your library yet. Link history looks through the darts tournaments you created and suggests appearances that match players in your library, grouped by how sure the match is: same name, likely (a different word order) and possible (an initial instead of the first name, or one letter different). Nothing is linked until you confirm, and a link can be undone right away or unlinked later.
If the same player sits in your library twice, merge the entries. You pick the main entry: it keeps its name and manager contact, and the tournaments and roster of the other entries move to it. A merge cannot be undone, which is why the dialog asks you to choose first.

Privacy: hide a player, keep private nights out
If a player asks not to be shown, switch on Hide this player in public statistics in their library entry. Public tables, leaders and profiles then show Private player instead of the name and the numbers. It covers the tournaments linked to that entry. The name still appears in match results and in the points ranking, because those are results, not statistics.
Nights with statistics switched off and private tournaments are left out of the public season, and the page says how many nights are not included, so nobody mistakes a partial table for the full season. You and your collaborators still see everything.
Where the numbers come from
Season statistics come from matches scored in the LiveCup darts scorer, where every visit is logged. A match whose result was only typed in as a final score still counts for wins, losses and the points ranking, but it adds no averages, 180s or finishes. Best leg and checkout % need dart-by-dart scoring. Tournaments scored before the visit-by-visit scorer show their results only.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set up a darts season in LiveCup?
Create an event and add one darts tournament for every night, or attach nights you have already run. The season table appears on the public event page as soon as the first leg is played. Events are part of the PRO plan and higher.
Do players have to be in My teams for the season table?
No. Within one event, players with the same name are joined across nights automatically. Link them to My teams when you want to join different spellings or keep a player's history from one season to the next.
How is the season average calculated?
From every dart thrown in the season: total points divided by total darts, times three. It is not an average of the nightly averages, so a night with more legs weighs more.
Why does a player have results but no average?
Averages come from matches scored visit by visit in the LiveCup scorer. A result typed in as a final score, a night with statistics switched off or a private tournament adds no averages to the public season.
How does the points ranking handle missed nights and ties?
A missed night scores 0. Only completed nights and confirmed results count. Players level on points share the position, and on knockout nights players knocked out in the same round share the place.
Can I hide a player from public statistics?
Yes. In the player's library entry, switch on Hide this player in public statistics. Public tables, leaders and profiles show Private player instead. The name stays in match results and the points ranking.
Which plans include season statistics and player history?
The season table, season profiles and the points ranking are part of events, on PRO and higher. In My teams, totals and the tournament list are included on the free plan; the trend chart and best results need PRO or higher. A tournament credit does not unlock them, because they cover many tournaments.
