What are credits and how do they work?
Credits let you unlock premium features for individual tournaments without a subscription. Buy a credit, use it when creating a tournament, and enjoy all Pro benefits (no ads, more teams, TV sharing, etc.) for that tournament. It's a one-time payment per tournament.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. You can buy them now and use them whenever you need to create a premium tournament.
What's the difference between credits and a subscription?
A subscription unlocks all features for every tournament you create, plus extras like commercial license. Credits unlock premium features for a single tournament. If you run tournaments regularly, a subscription is more cost-effective. For occasional use, credits are a flexible option.
What is the tournament limit on the free plan?
Free accounts can have 1 active (scheduled or in progress) tournament at a time. Once your tournament is completed, you can create a new one. You can also bypass this limit by using a credit or upgrading to a paid plan.
What happens to my tournaments if I cancel my subscription?
Your existing tournaments remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan limits, but all your tournament data is preserved. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.
Can I share the TV view with other people?
Yes! With a paid plan or a credit-unlocked tournament, you can share a link to the TV display so others can watch live standings and scores on their own screens — perfect for spectators at events.
