Floorball tournament software for the sports hall
LiveCup is a web app for organizing floorball tournaments, school cups and club leagues. Pick a format, add teams or let captains register by QR code, and the schedule, group tables, tiebreakers and playoff bracket are generated for you. Enter goals from your phone, mark games decided in overtime, and put the live table on the TV or projector in the hall.
Formats for every floorball event
From one afternoon in one hall to a season-long club league.
League (round robin)
The format for a weekly club league or a one-day tournament with a handful of teams. A table with points, goal difference and head-to-head.
- Schedule generated for you
- Automatic tiebreakers
- Overtime wins and losses in the table
Groups + playoff
Groups first, then a knockout stage. Every team gets several games and the day ends with a real final, the usual shape of a school or company floorball day.
- Groups drawn for you
- Group winners seeded into the bracket
- Third-place match
Cup (knockout)
Straight elimination when the hall is booked for a few hours. Byes and seeding are handled, and a penalty shoot-out decides a draw.
- Up to 64 teams
- Penalty shoot-out results
- Double elimination also available
A league calendar your players actually check
Running a floorball league means the same questions every week: when do we play, who do we play, where are we in the table. Put the calendar in one place and stop answering them one by one.
A weekly calendar
Generate the whole season's fixtures once. Every team sees its next game and the time.
No more screenshots
The table is not a picture you repost after each round. Enter the result and the standings change for everyone.
One link for everyone
Send a single link to players, parents and the hall. It opens on any phone, with nothing to install.

Floorball tournament organizer: questions
How many teams fit in a one-day floorball tournament?
It depends on the hall time and the game length. With 2 x 10 minute games and changeovers, one court fits roughly 15 games in 5 hours. That is a full league of 6 teams. For more teams, use groups with a playoff or shorter games. Use the tournament calculator to check your numbers before you book the hall.
Should I run a league or groups + playoff?
A league is right when every team can play every other team, which is the normal case for a club league and for small tournaments. Choose groups + playoff when you have more teams than time: groups give everyone several games, then the best teams play a knockout stage and a final.
How are overtime results scored?
The standard points are 3 for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. When you mark a game as decided in overtime, the winner gets 2 points and the loser gets 1. You can change the points in the tournament settings.
Can players register their own team?
Yes. Share a QR code or link and captains register with the team name and contact details. You approve the teams, so you stay in control of the list.
How are ties in the table decided?
The table uses points, goal difference, goals scored and head-to-head, in the order you choose. Knockout draws are decided by a penalty shoot-out result.
Can I show the table on the TV in the hall?
Yes. Open the TV link on any screen and it rotates the standings, the next games and results automatically.
Is there a free plan, and what is the limit?
Yes. The free plan lets you run a tournament with up to 4 teams. PRO raises the limit to 32 teams and BUSINESS to 64. You can create the tournament and see the schedule before you decide.
Can I run a season-long floorball league?
Yes. Choose the league format and the schedule covers every team playing every other team, with a second leg as an option. Enter results week by week and the table keeps itself current. The league table generator page shows how the standings work.
