Lacrosse tournament organizer without the spreadsheet scramble
Bracket photos in the group chat, a pool-play sheet nobody updates, parents asking which field the next game is on. Set up your lacrosse tournament or league in about a minute: the schedule is generated, and scores and standings update themselves. Share one link.

Lacrosse tournament software for fields and arenas
LiveCup is a web app for organizing lacrosse tournaments, festivals and club leagues, field or box. Pick a format, add teams or let coaches register by QR code, and the schedule, pool standings, tiebreakers and playoff bracket are generated for you. Enter goals from your phone, track scorers and yellow or red cards when you add rosters, and put the live standings on a screen at the fields.

A season calendar your teams and parents actually check
Running a club or school league means the same questions every week: when is the game, which field, where are we in the standings. Put the schedule in one place and stop answering them one by one.
A full-season schedule
Generate the whole season's fixtures once. Every team sees its next game, the time and the field.
No more bracket photos

Lacrosse tournament organizer: questions
How many teams fit in a one-day lacrosse tournament?
It depends on field time. Tournament-day games are often two 20-minute halves on a running clock, so a game takes about 50 minutes with the break and turnover. One field then fits roughly 6 games in 5 hours, which is a full round robin of 4 teams. For more teams, use pool play with a playoff, shorter games or more fields. Use the tournament calculator to check your numbers before you book the fields.
Should I run a league or pool play + playoff?
A league is right when every team can play every other team, which is normal for a club or school league and for small tournaments. Choose pool play + playoff when you have more teams than time: pools give everyone several games, then the best teams play a bracket and a championship game.
What game length can I set?
The default is 48 minutes, and you can change the game length to match your event, for example two 20-minute halves for a tournament day. The schedule uses that length to space out the games.
Can coaches register their own team?
Yes. Share a QR code or link and coaches register with the team name and contact details. You approve the teams, so you stay in control of the list.
How are ties in the standings decided?
The table uses points, goal difference, goals scored and head-to-head, in the order you choose. Wins are worth 2 points and losses 0 by default, and you can change the points to match your league rules.
Can I show the standings on a screen at the fields?
Yes. Open the TV link on any screen or projector and it rotates the standings, the next games and results automatically.
Is there a free plan, and what is the limit?
Yes. The free plan lets you run a tournament with up to 4 teams. PRO raises the limit to 32 teams and BUSINESS to 64. You can create the tournament and see the schedule before you decide.
Does it work for box lacrosse too?
Yes. Box lacrosse runs the same way in LiveCup: teams, a schedule, goals, standings and a bracket. Choose the format, set the game length and enter the scores.
